Josue serves as the Marketing Director at Starlight Insurance Brokerage Firm, where he leads marketing initiatives, brand strategy, digital presence, and community outreach efforts. A graduate of the University of Central Florida with a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, he is passionate about helping businesses grow through strategic communication, relationship building, and innovative marketing solutions. In his role, Josue works to strengthen our presence across the communities we serve, promoting insurance, tax, bookkeeping, notary, and business consulting services. His focus is on creating meaningful connections, enhancing brand awareness, and ensuring that our values of professionalism, integrity, and service are reflected in every marketing initiative. Bilingual in English and Spanish and conversational in Portuguese, Josue enjoys connecting with people from diverse backgrounds and helping build lasting relationships within the community.
